Matthew D. Saltzman sold a four-bedroom, three bath at 2045 Glorieta Lane in Las Vegas for $379,000 to Thomas Bolling and Amanda Wagler on Feb. 1.

Saltzman paid $214,000 for the home in Sept. 1999.

The 2,151 square foot home was built in 1996.

Saltzman is an attorney and a shareholder with Las Vegas law firm Kolesar & Leatham. He specializes in banking, corporate and commercial transactions and real estate and privilege business licensing for the firm.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (1993) and his bachelor's from the University of Wisconsin-Madison ('87).
