Wade C. McKnight and his wife, Barbara, sold a four-bedroom, 5.5 bath home at 3010 American River Lane in Summerlin South to Charles and Debra Depould for $1.65 million on March 19.

The McKnights paid $1.35 million for the 4,678 square foot house, which was built in 2002, in Dec. 2003.

Mr. Mcknight is a certified public accountant who works out of the San Diego, Calif., office of JH Cohn LLP, an accounting and auditing services firm. He's licensed to work in the state of Nevada.

He's also worked in the Memphis, Tenn., office of accounting giant Deloitte & Touche LLP and with Arthur Andersen.

Home sales in Summerlin South dropped almost nine percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $461,000 to $417,000.
