Church pastors sell 3BD in Las Vegas for $210K

Robert and Sheila Lavala sold a three-bedroom, two bath at 6216 Lanning Lane in Las Vegas to Timothy R. Overall for $210,000 on Nov. 30, 2007.

The Lavalas paid $153,000 for the 1,605 square foot house, which was built in 1979, in Dec. 2002. It's in the Kingswood Estates.

Mr. and Mrs. Lavala are the founding pastors of Extreme Church in Las Vegas. They formally launched the church in the latter part of 2007.

The ministry of Extreme Church has taken the Lavalas to places in Latin America such as Nicaragua.

Home sales in Las Vegas dropped almost 29 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $280,000 to $270,000.
