Bruce H. Dormier bought a three-bedroom, 3.5 bath in the community of Bella Sera at 5605 Buena Martina Way in Enterprise from US Bank National Association for $433,650 on March 5.

The 3,155 square foot house was built in 2004.

Mr. Dormier is the Nevada editor of GOPUSA, a conservative Republican Internet news site.

Prior to joining GOPUSA, he spent 34 years working as a federal employee, the last 18 years of which were spent in civilian management for high-tech Navy weapons systems and computer development.

Dormier, who was raised in Idaho, studied cartography and broadcast journalism at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Home sales in Enterprise increased more than 51 percent through December 2007 versus the same period in 2006.
