Mike Schuminsky and his wife, Leslie, sold a four-bedroom, three bath at 1300 Birch Street in Las Vegas to Gerald A. Shear for $1,206,697 on March 7.

The Schuminskys bought the 5,320 square foot house in Nov. 1981.

Mr. Schuminsky runs a private investment company in Mustang, Okla. The company puts together both commercial and residential real estate deals. It also has investments in California.

Schuminsky attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

Home sales in Las Vegas dropped almost 29 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $280,000 to $270,000.
