Mustapha Assi bought a four-bedroom, 5.5 bath condo at 9103 Alta Drive in Las Vegas from Executive Home Builders for $2.3 million on Oct. 30, 2007.
The 4,792 square foot Unit #1001 is in One Queensridge Place.
Mr. Assi is the principal of M.A. Engineering, Inc., a structural engineering consulting firm in Las Vegas founded in 1999.
Prior to starting the company, Assi spent 12 years with Martin & Peltyn Structural Engineers in Las Vegas.
He also owns a Las Vegas home at 2204 Glenbrook Way.
One Queensridge Place features two 18-story towers with 219 units that range in square footage from 2,000 to over 14,000.
