The 4,382 square foot house, which was built in 2006, is in the Astoria at Aliante subdivision.

Dr. Komanduri is the chief of staff at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in Las Vegas.

He is a board-certified psychiatrist and neurologist.

Home sales in North Las Vegas dropped 47 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $304,000 to $275,000.
