Paul Trigili and his wife, Terri, bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 2321 Coral Mist Place in North Las Vegas from Pardee Homes of Nevada for $287,000 on April 17.

The 1,992 square foot house, which is in the Aliante subdivision, was built in 2007.

Mr. Trigili has worked as a computer/network manager in Tucson, Ariz.

He has also worked for the Northside Independent School District, which is a member of the San Antonio HDI Chapter. HDI, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., is a company that provides IT service and support.

The Trigilis, longtime Vegas residents, have owned many homes throughout the vicinity and decided to move from their home in the southwest area to the north valley when a career opportunity for Mr. Trigili opened up.

Home sales in North Las Vegas dropped 47 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $304,000 to $275,000.
