Alexis Poulus bought a four-bedroom, two bath at 3530 Shonna Way in North Las Vegas from William L. Christman for $333,900 on April 18.

The 2,011 square foot house, which is in the Hidden Canyon Horizons subdivision, was built in 1995.

Poulos is a jewelry designer in Las Vegas. She makes use of beads, gemstones, precious metals, crystals, silk and even leather to craft her pieces.

Prior to becoming a jewelry designer she was into t-shirt design. She is currently finishing a book.

Home sales in North Las Vegas dropped 47 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $304,000 to $275,000.
