Michael Levy and his wife, Jo Lynn, bought a one-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo at 222 Karen Ave. in Winchester from Turnberry Towers, LP for $660,000 on May 9.
The 814 square foot Unit #3103 is in the Turnberry Towers at Paradise.
Mr. Levy has served the chairman and CEO of the sports Web site SportsLine.com, Inc., which he founded in 1994.
Media conglomerate Viacom, which owns CBS, acquired SportsLine in 2004.
He is also the founder of Sports-Tech International, which produces video analysis systems still used by many professional and collegiate athletic programs.
Mr. Levy is an alumnus of the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds six technology patents, including that of the first handheld language translator.
The Levys bought a home at 799 Tern Point Circle in Boca Raton, Fla., in 1999.
Turnberry Towers at Paradise is a two-tower high-rise development that houses 316 suites per tower.
Condo sales in Winchester rose 23 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also increased from $420,000 to $606,000.
