Raul R. Rios bought a five-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 2508 Manchester Bay Ave. in North Las Vegas from Bank of New York for $275,000 in June 2.
Bank of New York foreclosed on the property on Feb. 7. Bryan S. Kolstad paid $449,900 for it in Jan. 2006.
The 3,320 square foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Granada Ridge subdivision.
Rios, an Emmy-winning videographer, has been in the media and video production for over 20 years.
He is the founder of 3R Creative, a multi-service media production house, as well as the The Future Within.
In 1992, he received an Emmy and a Silver Dome Award for his work as lead producer in Death of a Boxer, the story of the life and death of a young Chicago fighter, Aaron Martinez.
Home sales in North Las Vegas dropped almost six percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also fell from $275,000 to $217,000.
