Rev. Bruno Mauricci bought a four-bedroom, two bath at 2022 Pink Coral Dr. in North Las Vegas from Bank of New York for $187,000 in June 5.

Bank of New York foreclosed on the property April 17. Eulogio and Elia Arreola paid $291,350 for in Jan. 2006.

The 1,737 square foot house, which was built in 2003, is in the Tierra de las Palmas Village subdivision.

Rev. Mauricci is the pastor at St. Christopher Catholic Church in North Las Vegas.

He has also served as pastor at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Pahrump, Nev.

Home sales in North Las Vegas dropped almost six percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also fell from $275,000 to $217,000.
