Laughlin 3BD goes for $325K

Kevin Anthony Barbarita and his wife, Colleen Catherine, bought a three-bedroom, three-bath at 3231 Cottonwood Dr. in Laughlin from Arthur Wolf for $325,000 on May 19.

Wolf and his wife, Ann, paid $410,000 for the 4,925 square foot house, which was built in 1995, in Feb. 2004. The property is in the El Mirage Estates.

Mr. Barbarita is a realtor who has worked with Century 21 Realty Consultants in Laughlin.

The Barbaritas also recently bought a home at 3230 Mirador St. in Laughlin.

Home sales in Laughlin dropped 43 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $213,000 to $179,000.
