Robert Bilbray and wife, Susan, bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 2521 Monroe Manor Place in Laughlin from Dr. Horton, Inc. for $352,230 on Feb. 8.

The 2,808 square foot house, which is in the Estates at Bilbray Ranch subdivision, was built in 2007.

Mr. Bilbray, a businessman and property developer, is the president of RB Properties, Inc. in Laughlin. Founded in 1977, the company also does business as Bilbray Industries.

His business interests also include the operation of commercial buildings and owning a gas station.

Home sales in Laughlin dropped almost 44 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price increased from $213,000 to $179,000.
