Dina Al-Sabah bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo in the Panorama Towers at 4525 Dean Martin Dr. in Paradise from Hwan Kim for $560,000 on July 15.

Kim bought Unit #2604 for $811,200 in Jan. 2007.

Al-Sabah is a professional figure athlete and fitness model originally from Lebanon. She is the first and only female Arab athlete to achieve professional status in figure competition.

She has won the 2003 Jan Tana Figure Championships and placed fifth at the inaugural Figure Olympia. She began competing in 1999 and won the Monica Brant Fitness Classic in 2001. She turned pro in 2002.

Currently, Al-Sabah is continuing her career as a fitness model for publications like Oxygen, Muscle and Fitness, and Flex. She is also a co-host at Living Beautiful Radio, where she talks about female sexuality issues.

She holds a bachelor's, master's and M.B.A. from George Washington University.

Panorama Towers is a three-tower condominium development. Towers 1 and 2, both 33 stories high, are already completed. Tower 3 will be completed in 2009 and will be 42 floors high.

Condo sales in Paradise dropped 32 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sale price, however, went up from $375,000 to $513,000 last year.
