Michigan business consultant sells Winchester condo

Gregg A. Tvrdovsky sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 322 Karen Ave. in Winchester to Robert and Blanca Garcia for $600,000 on Aug. 29.

Tvrdovsky bought the 1,405-square-foot Unit #1402 for $660,000 in July 2007. The condo is in the Turnberry Towers at Paradise.

Tvrdovsky is the president of a business consultancy service bases in Lake Orion, Mich.

Turnberry Towers at Paradise, which was completed in 2008, and formerly known as Madison Towers, is a two-building, 45-story condo development that features more than 600 units.

Condo sales in Winchester were up 23 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price was also up from $420,000 to $606,000 during the same period.
