Pharmacist buys Henderson 4BD

Matthew G. Lasarso bought a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 231 E. Middleton Dr. in Henderson for $610,263 from Steven E. Bird on Aug. 29.

Bird and Lasarso paid $95,000 for the property in October 2003. The 3,738-square-foot house was built in 2004.

Mr. Lasarso is a pharmacist at the Solutions Specialty Pharmacy in Henderson. He earned his degree from the Albany College of Pharmacy in New York.

Home sales in Henderson are down two percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $328,000 in 2007 to $274,000 so far this year.
