Dr. Deep Agee and his wife, Rani, bought a one-bedroom, two-bath condo at 4525 Dean Martin Dr. in Paradise from Aurora Loan Services for $449,000 on Sep. 5.

The 1,132-square-foot Unit #2311 is in the Panorama Towers.

Dr. Agee is a dentist who has practiced in Casselberry, Fla.

Panorama Towers is a three-tower condominium development. Towers 1 and 2, both 33 stories high, are already completed. Tower 3 will be complete in 2009 and will be 42 floors high.

Condo sales in Paradise were down almost 33 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price, however, went up from $375,000 to $512,000 during the same period.
