Realtor sells to poker player in Paradise

Michael John Fecchino and his wife, Pamela Kay, sold a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 7172 La Puebla St. in Paradise to Allan Silberstang for $1.255 million on Aug. 29.

The Fecchinos paid $525,000 for the property in Dec. 2001. The 5,150-square-foot house, which was built in 1973, is in the Sierra Vista Ranchos development.

Mr. Fecchino is a real estate professional in Las Vegas. He also runs a photofinishing laboratory in Las Vegas.

Silberstang is a poker player who finished 77th in the 39th World Series of Poker in 2008.

Home sales in Paradise are down 15 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $357,000 in 2007 to $254,000 so far this year.
