Dr. Sidney B. Bellinger, Jr., sold a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 2857 Paradise Road in Winchester for $2 million to Cynthia C. Ying and John L. Ying on Sept. 5.

Dr. Bellinger paid $1.687 million for the 4,007-square-foot Unit #3103, which is part of Turnberry Place.

Dr. Bellinger is a cardiothoracic vascular surgery specialist. He has been in medical practice for over 40 years.

He earned his medical degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine.

Turnberry Place, which was completed in 2002, houses 770 units in four 40-story towers.

Sales in the development decreased from 2006-2007. The median sales price increased almost 15 percent, from $790,275 to $907,422.

Condo sales in Winchester increased nearly 23 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price, however, was down from $606,000 to $420,000 during the same period.
