Insurance agent sells Paradise condo

Nicholas R. Olson sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 4525 Dean Martin Dr. in Paradise to Gus Mavrogiannis for $305,000 on Aug. 29.

Mr. Olson paid $260,000 for Unit #504 in January 2007.

The 946-square-foot condo is in the Panorama Towers.

Mr. Olson has worked as a State Farm insurance agent in Chula Vista, Calif.

Mr. Mavrogiannis works in the field of electrical/electronic manufacturing.

The Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University graduate has worked with Panduit Corp.

Panorama Towers is a three-tower condominium development. Towers 1 and 2, both 33 stories high, are already completed. Tower 3 will be complete in 2009 and will be 42 floors high.

Condo sales in Paradise were down almost 33 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price, however, went up from $375,000 to $512,000 during the same period.
