Dentist buys 5BD in Henderson for $1.16M

Brian Bienstock and his wife, Lisa, bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2289 Feathertree Ave. in Henderson from First Mortgage Corp. for $1.16 million on Sept. 8.
The 5,944-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the Green Valley Ranch.
Mr. Bienstock works as a dentist in Las Vegas.
He also practiced dentistry in Beverly Hills.
Home sales in Henderson are down two percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also fell from $328,000 to $274,000 so far this year.
