Publishers-turned-realtors sell Enterprise 4BD

Dale Zdenek and his wife, Linda, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 9752 Lookout Canyon Court in Enterprise to Margarita Enriquez and Roger Lopez for $335,000 on Aug. 29.

Mr. Zdenek paid $249,900 for the property in April 2001. The 2,943-square-foot house was built in 2000.

The Zdeneks are realtors and owners of Win Win Real Estate, a brokerage company in Las Vegas. They have been working in the real estate industry since 1983.

Prior to forming a realty company, they were owners of a publishing company that was later sold to Columbia Pictures.

There have been 5,842 sales in Enterprise so far in 2008. The median sales price is $235,000.
