Health center director sells Mesquite 3BD

Eugene Espinosa and his wife, Joanne, sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 485 Fairway Dr. in Mesquite to Boyd D. Thomas for $330,900 on Sept. 5.

The Espinosas paid $399,900 for the property in July 2007. The 1,824-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the Highland Fairways subdivision.

Mr. Espinosa is the director of the Mesquite Mental Health Center, a rural health clinic that provides counseling, rehabilitation and therapy.

There have been 380 sales in Mesquite so far in 2008. The median sales price is $205,000.
