The Johnstons paid $650,000 for the condo in February 2004.

Unit #1506 is one of 770 units in four towers in the condo development known as Turnberry Place.

Crews Johnston is office division leader of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, a commercial real estate firm, in Nashville, Tenn. He specializes in investment sales and office leases.

Previously he worked as president of Mission Property Co. Before that, he was president of Eakin & Smith, an office developer and leasing company. He started at Eakin & Smith as a leasing agent.

He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville.

Sales in Turnberry Place dropped from 287 to 82 from 2006-2007. The median sales price increased 14 percent, from $790,275 to $907,422, in the same period.

There have been 558 sales in Winchester so far in 2008. The median sales price is $292,500.
