Indymac Bank obtained the 4,879-square-foot house in a foreclosure.

Mr. Eschweiler has been a lawyer with Snell & Wilmer, LLP, where he has specialized in contract and real estate law.

He received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and his B.A. in finance from the University of Northern Iowa.

In 2008, there have been 5,438 sales in Spring Valley, with a median sales price of $219,000.
