Jeffrey Scott Judd and Angela S. Judd sold their four-bedroom, three-bath home at 9456 Coral Shine Court in Paradise to Michael Manuel and Ritchie Salinas for $310,000 on Oct. 14.

The Judds paid $242,000 for the 2,776-square-foot house in March 2003.

Mr. Judd is a lawyer with Littler Mendelson P.C., a labor law firm in Phoenix, Ariz.

His specialties include sexual harassment, wrongful termination and employment discrimination.

He received his J.D. and B.A. from Arizona State University and his A.A. from Phoenix College.

In 2008, there have been 3,703 sales in Paradise, with a median sales price of $236,000.
