Mortgage co. owner spends $1.55M in Winchester

Myles Hubers and Michelle Hubers bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 2747 Paradise Road in Winchester from Sean Iwasaki for $1.55 million on Oct. 20.
Mr. Iwasaki bought the 4,103-square-foot Unit #3004 for $2.3 million in Dec. 2004. The condo is in the Turnberry Place development.
Myles Hubers is the owner and chief executive officer of Mortgage Loan Specialists, Inc., a San Diego-based mortgage broker company he established in 1993.
He previously worked for General Dynamics, which he joined in 1984 as a sales manager. He is also a licensed commercial pilot and briefly worked as a private flight instructor.
He is also a member of the
board of directors of the It's All About The Kids Foundation, a non-profit organization in San Diego.
He holds a B.S. degree from Arizona State University.
Iwasaki is a Las Vegas-based Finance Mortgage FHA expert, who has worked for MLS in 2000 as branch director.
He started his career with Associates Financial in San Diego as an assistant manager.
He graduated in 1993 with a degree in quantum economics and decision science from the University of California in San Diego.
The
Turnberry Place, which was completed in 2002, houses 770 units in four 45-story towers.
There have been 635 sales in
Winchester in 2008, with median sales price of $254,000.
