Anthony J. Alessandra sold a three-bedroom, five-bath home at 46 Grand Corniche Dr. in Henderson to Dean Hampton and Joan Willis for $3.597 million on Oct. 10.
The 5,047-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Monaco subdivision.
Mr. Alessandra is a renowned communications and business coach, who works to help companies build customers, relationships and the bottom line. He is a member of the Speakers Roundtable, a group of 20 of the world's top professional speakers.
He is the founder of MentorU.com, an online e-learning company for business professionals, and the chairman of a similar company, BrainX.
He is also a widely published author.
He graduated from the University of Notre Dame (1969) with degree in marketing and received his M.B.A. in marketing at the University of Connecticut. He received his Ph.D. from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
There have been 7,468 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median sales price of $262,500.
