Capt. Marcum Endicott and Angelica Endicott bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 6348 Iginlas Goal Ave. in Lone Mountain from the Bank of New York for $408,000 on Oct. 8.
The 3,763-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in the Grand Teton Torrey Pines.
Capt. Endicott has served as flight release officer for the Clark County Civil Air Patrol. He has been a pilot for more than 12 years.
The Civil Air Patrol is the official auxiliary squadron of the U.S. Air Force for emergency services such as search and rescue, homeland security and disaster relief.
In 2008, there have been 416 sales in Lone Mountain with median sales price of $440,018.
