Thomas M. Arlt and his wife, Linda, bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 3310 W. Lone Mountain Road in North Las Vegas from Michael Arlt and Stephanie Triliegi for $760,000 on Oct. 29.

Michael Arlt bought the property for $445,000 on Nov. 2003. The 3,273-square-foot house was built in 1980.

Thomas Arlt is the president of RLT Corp., which operates McDonald's restaurants in Nevada.

There have been 8,034 sales in North Las Vegas thus far in 2008 with median sales price of $192,000.
