Craig R. Wylie and Kathleen C. Wylie bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 535 Highland View Court in Mesquite from The Rust 1997 Limited Liability Limited Partnership for $400,000 on Nov. 19.

The Rust 1997 Limited Liability Limited Partnership paid $430,000 for the property in Dec. 2006.

The 1,914-square-foot house was built in 2006.

Wylie is the founder and president of Midway Distribution Inc., which specializes in trucking and transporting fresh and frozen products.

There have been 409 sales in Mesquite thus far in 2008 with a median sales price of $204,975.
