Technology exec closes on 5BD

Robert M. Newburn and his wife, Juanita R. Coulson, bought a five-bedroom, three-bath at 4683 Creeping Fig Court in Lone Mountain from Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., for $450,000 on Nov. 12.

The 4,653-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Spanish Springs neighborhood.

Mr. Newburn has served as an executive with Vizics, Inc., a visualization technology company based in Las Vegas.

There have been 455 sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with a median price of $435,000.
