Justin Zarcone and Sandra Zarcone bought a four-bedroom, three-bath at 8222 Sunset Horizon St. in Lone Mountain from Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., for $370,000 on Nov. 14.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., acquired the property on Sept. 9 in a foreclosure. The 3,737-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Steeplechase neighborhood.

Mr. Zarcone is a lawyer with an office in Las Vegas. He graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich.

There have been 455 sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with a median price of $435,000.
