Willie McTear and Dianne McTear bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 6244 Radiant Rapture Ave. in Lone Mountain from Deutsche Bank National Trust for $320,000 on Nov. 18.

Deutsche Bank National Trust acquired the property on Jan. 16 in a foreclosure. The 3,426-square-foot house was built in 2006.

Mr. McTear was a second platoon trooper for the 4th battalion of the 47th regiment of the U.S. Army 9th infantry division during the Vietnam War.

There have been 455 sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with a median price of $435,000.
