Nick Pyknis bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 3821 Marsh Sparrow Lane in North Las Vegas from Alex R. Natividad and Lilia P. Natividad for $350,000 on Nov. 26.

The Natividads paid $642,979 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 3,635-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Pyknis is the co-owner and president of The Signature Room Entertainment Group, owner & operator of owner/operator of The Signature Room, a restaurant and lounge at the top of the John Hancock Building in Chicago.

Mr. Pyknis is a native of Greece.

There have been 8,873 sales in North Las Vegas in 2008, with median price of $189,900.
