Calif. attorney profits on Henderson 3BD

Donald Stoecklein and Deborah Stoecklein sold a three-bedroom, five-bath home at 2334 Caserta Court in Henderson to Karl Klement Properties, Inc., for $1.455 million on Nov. 3.

Stoecklein paid $1.195 million for the property in Dec. 2002. The 6,178-square-foot home was built in 1992.

Mr. Stoecklein is the managing director of Stoecklein law group, a San Diego law firm which provides corporate and securities legal advice to emerging growth companies. He specializes in representing micro-cap and small-cap publicly traded companies

He earned his B.S. in economics from the University of San Diego and his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson Law School.

There have been 8,181 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median sales price of $260,000.
