Physician's assistant buys Henderson 5BD

Leslie Rowens and Kevin Rowens bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 477 Punto Vallata Dr. in Henderson from Rhodes Design and Development Corp., for $489,990 on Dec. 19.

The 4,185-square-foot house was built in 2007.

Ms. Rowens is a physician assistant at McKenna & Ruggeroli Pain Specialists, a medical facility located in Las Vegas.

Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Ms. Rowens served the U.S. Air Force as a medical technician. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and graduated from the University of Washington's Medex Northwest physician assistant program in Seattle.

There have been 8,181 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $260,000.
