Wireless salesman settles into Henderson 4BD

Shannon M. Leduff and Wendy J. Leduff bought a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 2240 Martinique Ave. in Henderson from Ellington Loan Mortgage Corp., I for $495,000 on Dec. 19.

Ellington Loan Mortgage Corp., I foreclosed the property in June. The 3,369-square-foot house was built in 2007.

Shannon Leduff serves as the vice president of sales and BD at MAXX Wireless, a mobile development company in Las Vegas. He graduated from California State University-Hayward.

There have been 8,181 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median sales price is at $260,000.
