Attorney scores Henderson 5BD

Martin Welsh and Angela Welsh bought a five-bedroom, three-bath house in 1855 Wellington Court in Henderson from Deustch Bank National Trust Co., Indenture for $305,500 on Dec. 18.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., foreclosed on the property in August. The 2,626-square-foot house was built in 1985.

Mr. Welsh is an attorney at the Law Office of Hayes and Welsh based in Henderson. He specializes in civil litigation and is fluent in Spanish.

He earned his bachelor's from the University of Utah and his masters in Latin American history from the University of Massachusetts. He earned his J.D. from the University Of Utah.

There have been 8,181 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median sales price of $260,000.
