Robert Hogan, Jane Imboden, and Jane Hogan sold their five-bedroom, 2.5-bath house in 8770 Hammer Lane in Lone Mountain to Tatyana Nicolievan Mcfadden and David Charles Mcfadden for $440,000 on Dec. 18.

Jane Imboden and Robert Hogan acquired the property for $335,000 in May 2001.

Mr. Hogan has served as the chairman of Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council in Nevada. He has also served as the program director of the Nevada Community Enrichment Program.

Ms. Imboden has also served on the Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council.

There were 455 home sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with a median sales price of $435,000.
