Gideon R. Hathcock sold a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 6528 Greenlet Ave. in North Las Vegas to Desiree and Michael Krider for $315,000 on Dec. 24.

Hathcock paid $509,076 for the property in Nov. 2004. The 3,698-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Mr. Hathcock has served as a realtor at Realty Executives of Nevada, a firm which offers complete relocation management services.

Mr. Hathcock has also worked as an independent commercial real estate professional.

There were 8,873 home sales in theNorth Las Vegas in 2008, with median price of $189,900.
