Ms. Blackwell is a realtor and sales manager at Easy Living Realty in Las Vegas. She worked as a teacher and part-time realtor in Utah for 11 years before she moved to Las Vegas. She graduated from Utah State University.

There were 4,065 home sales in Paradise in 2008, with median price of $230,000.
