Dr. Eliahu A. Litman sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 1302 Silver Tip Trail in Mt. Charleston to Maria M. Stehle for $300,000 on Dec. 12.

Dr. Litman bought the property for $330,000 In July 2004. The 930-square-foot house, which was built in 1990, is in the Cathedral Rock View neighborhood.

Dr. Litman practices family medicine with Southwest Medical Associates in Las Vegas. He attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb., and completed his residency at Advocate Ravenswood Medical Center in Chicago.

There were 17 sales in Mt. Charleston in 2008, with median sales price of $367,500.
