Registered nurse settles in Lone Mountain

Kathleen L. Friesen and Darris Peterson bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8820 Tierney Court in Lone Mountain from Citibank NA for $408,900 on Dec. 15.
Citibank Na paid $437,000 for the property in Oct. 2008. The 3,637-square-foot house was built in 1996.
Friesen is a registered nurse with Firm United Healthcare in Las Vegas.
There were 455 sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with a median sales price of $435,000.
