Farming exec deals in Enterprise

Donald L. Hejmanowski and Cathy M. Hejmanowski sold a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 6273 Narrow Isthmaus Ave. in Enterprise for $510,000 to Irfana Razzaq and Abdul Chaudry on Jan. 9.
The Hejmanowskis paid $706,250 for the property in Aug. 2005. The 5,182-square-foot home, which was built in 2005, is in the Pinnacle at Pinnacle Peaks neighborhood.
Mr. Hejmanowski is the director of the board at US Farms, Inc., a diversified commercial farming and nursery company based in San Diego. He previously served as manager and vice president of trading Operations at LitFunding Corp.
He graduated from Eastern Illinois University.
There were 8,305 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $225,000.
