Dr. William Gussow and Laura C. Gussow bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 5409 Langston Circle in Las Vegas from Trade Exchange International, Inc., for $303,500 on Dec. 5.

The 2,720-square-foot house was built in 1992, in the Los Prados Country Club.

Dr. Gussow is a dentist who specializes in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry and sedation dentistry. He operates his own private practice, Vegas Smiles.

He has also practiced in one of the suburbs of Montreal, Canada and in San Diego, Calif. He graduated at McGill University in his native Montreal.

There were 17,920 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $205,000.
