Adoption specialist scores North Las Vegas abode

Pamela R. Lambey bought the four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 5429 Sea Water Way in North Las Vegas from the HSBC Bank USA National Association for $424,845 on Dec. 16.
The 1,935-square-foot house was built in 2002.
Lambey has served as a social worker, therapist and mediation counselor at Premier Adoption, a licensed home study and full service adoption agency in Mesquite.
There were 8,872 sales in North Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $189,900.
