E. Dwight Cope sold a five-bedroom, two-bath at 1561 Albino Dr. in Henderson to Martin and Tony Clancy for $450,000 on Dec. 10.
Cope paid $209,000 for the property in Jan. 1997. The 3,564-square-foot property was built in 1996.
Cope has served as the president of Las Vegas-based Western Funding, Inc., a personal property broker which was established by his parents, Fred and Irene Cope, in 1962.
There have been 8,181 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median sales price of $260,000.
