Pain doc settles into Vegas 3BD

Dr. Brian A. Lemper and Jennifer R. Garcia bought a three-bedroom, three-bath at 645 Jade Cliffs Lane in Las Vegas from Wells Fargo Bank for $305,000 on Dec. 10.

The 2,674-square-foot house was built in 1999.

Dr. Lemper specializes in pain management and anesthesiology and practices at the Lemper Pain Centers in Las Vegas.

He earned his B.S. in biology and pre-med from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago.

There were 17,920 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $205,000.
